When we hear about divorce stories, we tend to judge the person who left. There are many reasons why people opt for a divorce, but some are more “acceptable” than others. Stories of abuse or cheating garner sympathy for those who made the decisions to leave. But others with less “dramatic” problems are branded as “didn’t try hard enough” or “easily gave up”. This can be harmful to many divorcees who put a lot of thought into making the difficult decision to end a marriage.

We at Hello Mojo advocate support to a non-judgmental attitude towards divorce. We encourage our readers to peruse this article that makes us examine our own attitudes towards our fellow divorcees.
