Many of us often try to take on more than we should.
I know I do at least – and it stresses me out big time!
I mean, keeping up with all the jobs, study, my relationships and social life, my self-care, and everything else in between, sometimes it feels like I’m simply suffocating under so many responsibilities…….
Anyone else feel the same?
Luckily for all of us, I’ve come across a great article by The Blissful Ming on 5 reasons that I’m struggling to find balance in my life.
To be honest, I never realised that I was slacking on a few key things that lead to a balanced life until I read this article…….however now, I know exactly what I need to work on to balance out the seesaw that is my life!
